The Screwtape Letters by C.S. Lewis
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

Meh, this book was pretty good. I had to read it for English class, and was sort of into the story at first, but after a while, reading it just became a chore and something I had to do before Wednesday. I also wasn’t a big fan of all the allusions to religious things, because I never understand those and I also didn’t like how the book was just overall hard to read. Not that I’m the person to give up on a book just because it was hard to read… well maybe sometimes. Anyway! I’ve read other C.S. Lewis before, but never was a big fan. The Chronicles of Narnia were pretty good, I read the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe and a few others, but never got very into the series very much. I liked Harry Potter more. Anyway, not that English is officially over I can finally concentrate on the giant pile of books in my bed that are needing to be read.
