Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

Continuing on our Rainbow Rowell marathon we have Fangirl; I’ve read this once before but wasn’t a big fan. However, against my better judgement I decided to try it again. Needless to say, not much has changed. It’s not that I don’t like the story, personally I love the story. It’s not the characters (except one) I think Cath and Wren are adorable and Regan is a bucket full of laughs. But there is one person who ruined the book for me: Levi. I’m not sure what I didn’t like about him, I just kept getting bad vibes and really didn’t agree with Cath’s decision to give him another chance. I also think he is very clingy and is just kind of all around weird. It might be because Cath is so relatable and I don’t understand how she could like someone like him but ¯_(ツ)_/¯. Other than that the book is super cute and I loved reading Cath and Gemma T Leslie’s versions of Simon Snow right next to each other. If I can I will definitely read Carry On because I really want to see what happens to Simon and Baz next. Also Nick!!! God! HE. IS. TERRIBLE!
