Long Way Down by Jason Reynolds
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

What happens next? Does he kill the guy? Does he go back upstairs? Were the people real? Was it all a dream? Why was his brother acting so weird? WHAT DID I MISS? Seriously, I read back thru the entire last chapter at 11:30 last night just to be sure I didn’t miss one thing. I think I understand when Jason Reynolds was trying to do here with the ending, and he succeeded, but what happens to Will?! I feel like Hazel (from The Fault in Our Stars) and An Imperial Affliction! (if you don’t get that reference you need to read the book) I loved this book and think it was awesome that it was written in verse. Although I wasn’t expecting it when I first opened the book I was pleasantly surprised.
